From Setbacks to $100K Plays
I grew up as the first-born daughter in a single-parent home. My mom worked three jobs and played both mom and dad that forced me to be responsible
early, raising my brother and missing pieces of my childhood. I fought, I hustled, I started a cleaning business at nine years old. By high school, I was juggling
Domino’s Pizza at 15 and running a candy hustle with food stamps I flipped for profit. I graduated Towers High in Decatur, Georgia top 10% of my class.
I thought I was free. I got a “real job” at QuikTrip, but also became a mom young, faced postpartum depression, and discovered betrayal that left me embarrassed
in my own community. I still rose managing the busiest stores in my region. When COVID hit, I realized QuikTrip had been training me to be a CEO all along.
I used every skill multitasking, leading shifts alone, taking responsibility to start my own business.
What began as helping young moms with rent assistance and grant paperwork for $75 turned into my first viral video, my first $100K, my first ebook that made
$35,000 in sales, and eventually my first community. That community has now secured over $10M in funding in under a year. I was banned, betrayed, broken but I never quit. I re-strategized, rebuilt, and scaled. Today, I’ve mentored over 500 students, helped secure commercial property, and built a brand that’s approaching $1M in sales all because I took a chance on myself. And I’m here to show you how to do the same.
